The New Zealand Medical Association’s (NZMA’s) building, located on The Terrace, was the first Wellington commercial property to be rebuilt in Wellington with 100% earthquake compliance since the Christchurch earthquakes. Linked Earthworks were engaged to demolish the exisiting three story building that was built in 1938. The main contractor on this project was Naylor Love, who we have worked with a number of times.

The Wellington Central Fire Station project included demolition work, site works and earthquake strengtheninig, and took 6 months to complete. The main contractor on this project was Hawkins Construction, who we have worked with a number of times.

The project for the Upper Hutt City Council involved re-alignment work on State Highway 2 near Brown Owl. The project took two months to complete and required a range of roading and earthmoving equipment and expertise. We worked directly for Upper Hutt City Council on this project.

Our team were engaged by the Kapiti District Council to extend and widen footpaths within the region. The project was completed within three months within budget and deadlines. We worked directly for the Kapiti Coast District Council on this project.

The project for Countdown in Newtown, Wellington involved a substantial amount of excavation and stablisation of contaminated soil. Our contract and site works were completed in a period of ten months. The bulk excavation work included the removal of 42,000m3 of spoil in preparation for the development of Countdown's two story undergound car park. The main contractor on this project was Hawkins Construction, who we have worked with a number of times.

The Newtown Park Flats contract involved a range of siteworks over a period of sixteen months and include a major landscaping project as part of the contract. The main contractor on this project was Hawkins Construction, who we have worked with a number of times.

The contract with Countdown for their Churchill Drive site included the demolition of the existing building and the removal of all of the demolition material. The site contained hazardous asbestos material which we removed as part of the contract. The site works included curbing and car parking, and the entire project for Countdown was completed within ten months, on target and within budget. The main contractor on this project was Ebbett Construction, who we have worked with a number of times.

The contract for Whitcoulls involve demoltion and structural removal, and then reinstatement of their building. The project also involved substantial earthquake strengthening work. The whole project was completed on target in nine months. The main contractor on this project was Naylor Love, who we have worked with a number of times.

The Wellington International Airport contract took twelve months and involved a considerable amount of trenching, ducting, lighting and site works. The project also required expertise in contaminated material handling and involved the removal of the old asbestos drainage pipes from the site. The main contractor on this project was Hawkins Construction, who we have worked with a number of times.

The Berkeley Dallard Apartments project in Wellington central spanned a period of 15 months and required a range services. The job involved major landscaping and site works as well substantial demolition work including the removal of the top two floors of the 12 storey apartment building. Our specialists completed a large amount of earthquake strengthen work to achieve compliance. The site contained asbestos which we removed in accordance with contaminated material handing best practice. The main contractor on this project was Hawkins Construction, who we have worked with a number of times.

Our work at Dulux's Seaview site was a major project that took nearly two years to complete. It involved substantial demolition work including their old two story workshop buildings, site works, and major soil contamination treatment to restore the ground to a safe stable condition.
