RAMADA WELLINGTON

2020/21

Working with main developer Safari Group and building contractor Safari Construction we handled the asbestos removal and demolition of this Taranaki Street building to be refurbished as the new Ramada Hotel.

EMERGENCY WORK

2020

We have the equipment needed to support many contractors when things don't go to plan.  In this example we were called in to assist Fulton Hogan in the Ngauranga Gorge using high reach machinery.

TRYP HOTEL, WELLINGTON

2021 - Present

Working with Safari Construction, we performed a soft strip-out to concrete shell of the Tory Street premises to make way for the new Tryp Hotel.

Linked Earthworks is proud to work in the agricultural sector.  From creating access roads, to building dams and preparing rural house blocks.

WAKEFIELD HOSPITAL

2019 - Current

Engaged by Hawkins Construction, we handled the asbestos, demolition, and extensive earth- and site-works for the $130 million-plus redevelopment of Wakefield Hospital which will offer Central New Zealand access to some of the most advanced medical treatment in the country and first-class services.

KELBURN SCHOOL

2018

Working with main contractor Hawkins Construction this project involved demolition and a range of siteworks.

WELLINGTON INTERNATIONAL

2019

We were contracted by Hawkins Constructions for a one year period for demolition and site works at the Airport. The project required expertise in contaminated material handling and involved the removal of old asbestos drainage pipes.

WHITBY LAKES RETIREMENT

2016-2019

Our work at the Whitby Lakes Retirement Village site was a major project that took several years to complete. It involved drain laying, excavation and piling, extensive site works including retaining walls.  The main contractor on this project was Tracer Contractors.
